Poussada 1507
The name of the main restaurant has been inspired by famous Portuguese Inns renowned for their hospitality and traditional cuisine combined with the discovery of Mauritius in 1507 by Captain Diego Fernandes Pereira. For sumptuous buffet breakfast where a large choice of tropical fruits is combined with warm dishes including delicious fresh handmade waffles and pancakes. In the evening the atmosphere is transformed into something more intimate with its Table d’Hôte and buffets alternating several times a week.
Sirocco
The warm wind born in the Sahara desert before reaching the Mediterranean coasts has given its name to this restaurant. Light dishes or traditional Mauritian cuisine is served around the swimming pool overlooking the Indian Ocean.

A selection of finest fusion cuisine associated with subtle aromas, tastes and colours can be savoured in this gourmet restaurant.
Kaz Bar
Conjuring up visions of its namesake, the Creole word “Kaz” for house and the bustling “Kasbahs”of Northen Africa have given their name to this bar. Snacks can be ordered from 12:00 to 3:00pm or a traditional tea served during the afternoon.
Transformed into a theatre in the evening, where Mauritian history is revived with traditional Sega dances several times a week, it is also the ideal place for one to enjoy our selection of exotic fresh fruit cocktails.
