AML Arrivals’ Premium Lounge
The AML arrivals Premium was inaugurated in October 2006 to provide the following services to premium commercial passengers:
- A welcome right from the doorstep of the aircraft
- A fast-track immigration process
- Executive Lounge facility such as:
- Open bar and snack buffet
- Bathroom/toilet
- Newspapers and magazines
- Retrieval of luggage from conveyor belts
- In-lounge customs formalities
- Passengers will be accompanied by AML staff and handed over to the respective organisations
The lounge is situated at the Baggage Reclaim Hall and has a seating capacity of 19 guests. Bookings will be on a first come first serve basis and no meters / greeters would be allowed in the lounge
Charging structure:
Adult fare: Euro 50
Child fare (less than 13 years old): Euro 25
Infant (less than 3 years): Free of charge
Reservation:
- Reservations for the lounge should be made 24 hours prior to arrival of passengers, by fax or e-mail.
- Please note that the request form/e-mail should indicate the following information:
- Name of passengers (specify age for children if any)
- Number of passengers
- Date of arrival
- Flight number and time of arrival
- Organisation/Company to whom invoice should be sent
- Signature and Name of organisation’s contact person in Mauritius
- Organisation’s fax number and exact address in Mauritius
- Any other remarks
- Upon receipt of the request, AML customer service staff at the lounge will send back a “Lounge Booking Reconfirmation”
